Description

The Reveal Web application is a open source web 2.0 application that runs most platforms and browsers. The current version is primarily a data entry platform. Users could enter archeological data into our databasusing web based grid forms. Photo's and site plan's can also uploaded directly into the database.

This aplication is entirely opensource and free to the public. The database is shared by the window based Reveal Analytical application.

Current work includes.

  • Increased Drag and Drop

This will allow for a more intuitive association of archeological objects. For example the association between a photo and an artifact or the association between a artifact and a square

DD is also a requirement for hand held devices such as hand helds.

  • Additional user tools

      Tools such as drawing tools, Harris Matrix, 3D viewers are being developed. 

  • Addional data storage modes

Provide a local mode that will enable sites with no available power to syncronize data stored on a notepad device with the main database at a later date.
